Asphalt Batch Mix Plant

Asphalt batch mix plants are well known for their high output and low production cost. These systems use burner or thermal oil based heating technique. Barrel of these plants is fully insulated with rock wool to prevent their internal heat loss and also to promote their high heat dissipation rate. This barrel is used to melt and soften bitumen. In the decanter section of this range of plants, melted bitumen is re-heated by applying burner generated hot steam. Offered Asphalt batch mix plants are also equipped with screw pump and three way valve with heat preservation technology based design. Filtering section installed in the pipeline of these plants is instrumental in removal of slag deposited inside barrel.
