Wet Mix

The Wet Mix on the other hand, as the name suggests is a complete mix that usually needs to be stored in concrete trucks and added directly to the site. In a wet-mix application, all materials including cement, aggregate, ad-mixture and water are mixed together before being pumped through a hose and pneumatically projected. Typically, a concrete truck supplies the wet-mix and it is pumped through a shotcrete rig for placement. Generally, wet-mix is used for large volume placements with easy access for construction vehicles. It is a wet mixture of all components including water. It can be used directly at the construction site, but it needs to be used before condensed. Wet Mix is made in various types.
